Agave–Cilantro Mezcal Cocktail
Method
An intoxicating combination of smoky mezcal, sweet agave nectar, tart lime juice, and herbaceous cilantro, this cocktail is seriously drinkable.
- 2 ounces mezcal blanco
- 1 ounce agave nectar
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Small sprig cilantro
- Slice of lime
- Salt for the rim
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with the cilantro sprig and a slice of fresh lime.
