A simple and elegant drink that starts in a mixing glass, this cocktail by Jenneffer Pulapaka features spicy ginger beer, rum, and sherry for an extra punch.
- 3 ounces Crabbie’s Ginger Beer
- 1 ounce Old Monk Rum
- ½ ounce PX Jerez-Xérès-Sherry NV
- Sugar cane swizzle stick for garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir to combine. Pour into a stemmed port glass over one large ice cube and garnish with the sugar cane swizzle stick.
