Green Eyed Bandit
Method
This gorgeously hued cocktail is packed with plenty of good-for-you greens and is delicious served with or without the gin.
- 2 ounces Bristow Gin
- 1 ounce fresh green apple juice
- 3/4 ounce Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce fresh collard green juice
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Double strain a chilled coupe glass.
