Ingredients

Four 1-inch cubes pineapple 

1/2 ounce Donn's #4 Cinnamon Syrup 

1/2 ounce lili'koi syrup 

1/2 ounce ginger syrup 

1 ounce fresh lime juice 

1/4 ounce Velvet Falernum 

1 1/2 ounces Cana Brava Rum 

1/2 ounce Plantation Original Dark Rum Overproof 

3/4 ounce club soda 

Orchid for garnish

Method

In a cocktail shaker, muddle pineapple cubes with the Donn's #4 cinnamon syrup. Add the lili'koi syrup, ginger syrup, lime juice, Velvet Falernum, Cana Brava, Plantation Rum, and three ice cubes to the shaker. Shake vigorously. 

Fill a swizzle glass with crushed ice and the club soda. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a fresh orchid.

1 cocktail
