Mariano’s Truffled Parmesan Popcorn
Mariano's served this delicious truffled popcorn at the 2016 James Beard Awards.
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 4 tablespoons melted Roundy’s organic salted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Mariano’s White Gold Parmesan or other high quality Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons San Pietro a Pettine white truffle oil
- 1/4 cup Roundy’s dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
Place popcorn in large bowl and add the melted butter and the white truffle oil. Toss well to coat the popcorn with the butter and truffle oil.
Add the parmesan, parsley, and salt and toss well. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
