The award for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic goes to:Maricel Presilla Cucharamama, Hoboken, NJ Maricel is the third woman to win the award for this region (the first two were Susanna Foo in 1997, and Ann Cashion in 2004). When she isn’t in the kitchen, Dr. Presilla is also a professor of medieval Spanish history.
