Pitmaster Leslie Roark Scott’s ‘cue legacy runs deep—known as the Barbecue Princess, Scott is a fifth-generation master of all things smoked, grilled, and sauced, and is the first woman to win a Grand Championship at the Memphis in May Barbecue Cooking Contest. Join us as Scott brings her family’s recipes and culinary heritage for a summertime cookout not to be missed.
