The Hardscape of Appetite with Carolyn Steel at the JBF Food Conference

London-based author and architect Carolyn Steel, known for using food as a medium to "read" cities and understand how they work, joined us at our recent JBF Food Conference to talk about appetite and the underlying issues within our urban ecosystem.
