Ingredients:

6 ounces vodka
2 1/2 ounces Limoncello 
4 ounces lemon juice
3 ounces simple syrup
16 ounces soda water 
Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Recipe notes: This recipe could be modified to include fresh strawberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries in addition to the mint and lemon garnishes if they are in season.

Mr. Beard's Citrus Cooler

Yield: 6 servings

Method:

Make the simple syrup: mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.

Make the cocktail: combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher. Stir gently and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves. Serve over ice.
