The Violet Hour - Chicago

The JBF Award–winning Violet Hour's Stone Cold Fox is a vernal marriage between a Pisco punch and a Mai Tai. Carefree and whimsical, she's the kind of girl who knows how to party.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Encanto Pisco
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce Orgeat
  • ​1/2 ounce Amaro Montenegro
  • Club soda
  • Red wine

Method

Combine the Encanto Pisco, pineapple juice, lime juice, Orgeat, and Amaro Montenegro in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well.

In a hurricane glass filled halfway with ice, pour a thin layer of club soda. Add the contents of the cocktail shaker. Top with a lighter-bodied red wine for maximum floatation, and garnish with a mint spring or orange slice. Enjoy!
