Turf Cocktail
Method
This gin-based cocktail from Outstanding Bar Program nominee Bar Agricole is perfect for spring.
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/4 ounce Maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon peel for garnish
Combine the gin, vermouth, Maraschino, absinthe, and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir with barspoon, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon peel.
