Here’s a taste of what’s on tap this weekend at the Beard House.

 

Saturday, September 17 
South Beach Sophisticate, 7:00 P.M.
Mathias Gervais, The Setai, Miami Beach, FL

Mathias Gervais will take Beard House diners on a culinary journey, tasting delights from his native Provence alongside flavors from his travels to India, China, and beyond. Now based in Miami, this Chopped champion will call on his training under Michelin-starred chefs to treat Beard House guests to luxurious, French- and Asian-inspired plates like Royal Imperial Osetra Caviar with Roasted Potatoes and Herbed Crème Fraîche; Steamed Scallop Dumplings with Truffle–Cream Emulsion and Chives; and Roasted Lamb Saddle with Eggplant Bharta, Madras Curry Polenta, and Yogurt.
