Here’s a taste of what’s on tap today at the Beard House.

 

The Craft of Craft, 7:00 P.M.
Kyle Koenig, Craft, NYC

A veteran of JBF Award winner Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality, Kyle Koenig currently helms the group’s flagship, Craft, the 2002 JBF Award winner for Best New Restaurant. With his deft skill and innovative style, Koenig upholds the legacy and esteemed reputation of this culinary pioneer nearly 15 years after its debut. Tonight he’ll showcase signature dishes like Fried Oysters with Pickled Ramps; Trofie Pasta with Mussels, Clams, Sea Urchin, and Fresno Chiles; and Blackout Chocolate Cake with Madeira-Braised Tri-Star Strawberries and Cocoa Nibs.
