Let’s start with this recipe from Erik Andersson, which utilizes a pair of unexpected ingredients to round out a delectably complex paprino verde.
A base pour exceptionally floral gin pairs perfectly with the savory elements of this drink: poblano chile liqueur and fresh green bell pepper juice.
