Featuring Boston’s Spanish Newcomer Dalia Featuring Chef Nicholas Dixon
Boston’s most talked-about opening, Dalia, is making waves this August with a brilliant mashup of the Atlantic Ocean’s bounty and the vibrant cuisine from the Mediterranean shores of the Costa Brava. This Spanish dinner by way of South Boston will showcase a menu centered entirely on fresh New England seafood or, del mar. Helming the kitchen is chef Nicholas Dixon, managing partner and culinary director of Broadway Restaurant Group, the community-focused hospitality company behind Dalia and 14 Boston area restaurants.
Dishes will be paired with a thoughtful selection of wines that will flow as abundantly as the conversation at the table, inspired by the Spanish hospitality tradition of sobremesa, time spent lingering at the table, especially in warm summer months by the sea.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Terms
Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education, and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are included in the ticket price. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included in the ticket price.
