Celebrating Nashville’s @cheesegal and Her Debut Cookbook
Join Nashville-based digital creator Cortney LaCorte—known to millions online as @cheesegal—for a lively conversation and tasting in celebration of her debut cookbook, Oversharing: Anytime Snacks, Everyday Dinners, and Cooking for Company. Famous for her viral cheeseboards and elevated bites, LaCorte brings her signature mix of Southern soul, cocktail-hour glamour, and relatable kitchen wisdom to this special evening.
LaCorte will share the stories behind her book, her practical kitchen commandments, and her philosophy on making every meal feel special. Guests will enjoy inspired bites and sips straight from the pages of Oversharing, capturing the fun, flavor-forward spirit of her recipes.
Copies of Oversharing will be available for purchase with tickets and at the event from our friends at Kitchen Arts & Letters.

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education, and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are included in the ticket price. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included in the ticket price.
