A Coast-to-Coast Collaboration from Chef Enrique Olvera’s Celebrated Restaurants

This dinner offers an incomparable opportunity to taste the distinct expressions of Mexican cuisine from two of acclaimed chef Enrique Olvera’s remarkable restaurants, Cosme and Damian. Cosme has become a cornerstone of contemporary Mexican cuisine in New York, where chef Gustavo Garnica combines his Mexico City heritage with experience at world-renowned kitchens like Noma and Osteria Francescana. At Damian in Los Angeles, chef Jesús “Chuy” Cervantes draws from his El Paso, Texas roots and experience opening Cosme to create a menu inspired by Mexican gatherings and celebrations while emphasizing sustainability, seasonal produce, and community.

Both restaurants are part of chef Olvera’s celebrated culinary family. His flagship, Pujol in Mexico City, has been featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table and consistently ranks in the top 20 of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Event Policy

Reservation Policy:

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
