A Festive Feast Featuring the Talent Behind Passerine, Kebab aur Sharab, and CookUnity
Celebrate the Festival of Lights with a convivial, family-style dining experience that captures the spirit of togetherness, generosity, and joy at the heart of Diwali. The vibrant, multi-course dinner will feature a menu rich with aromatic spices, seasonal ingredients, and celebratory sweets crafted by three acclaimed New York City chefs: Chetan Shetty of Passerine, Salil Mehta, chef/founder of Kebab aur Sharab and Kanyakumari, and Aarthi Sampath, CookUnity chef and Food Network Chopped champion.
Each chef will share signature dishes that honor their culinary heritage while offering modern, personal interpretations of classic celebration fare. This special event will bring the warmth, color, and tradition of Diwali to the table, featuring an inspired meal that showcases the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education and a unique dining experience.
