Frasca Food and Wine, a four-time James Beard Award–winning restaurant in Boulder, Colorado, brings the treasures of Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region to Platform for a curated dinner with wine pairings
Bordered by Austria, Slovenia, and the Adriatic Sea, Friuli’s cuisine reflects a crossroads of cultures—think risotto, Alpine cheeses, wild herbs, and seafood touched with citrus and spice. Executive chef Ian Palazzola will present a multi-course menu that captures the region’s rustic elegance and complexity. This exceptional dinner also features special selections from Frasca’s celebrated wine program, led by James Beard Award winner® and master sommelier Bobby Stuckey, including Friulano varietals and other distinctive bottles showcasing the region’s terroir.

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
