Raise a glass to 8,000 years of viticulture and the spirit of Georgian Independence Day with an ultra-premium exploration of the world's most ancient winemaking tradition. Curated by the experts at Chama Mama, this celebratory feast goes beyond their everyday menu to showcase an extraordinary collection of rare, terroir-driven bottles—headlined by a pour of the world's only Qvevri Champagne. As we toast to Georgia's heritage, guests will experience a sophisticated multi-course menu where layered amber wines and deep Saperavi reds meet expertly paired delicacies: from walnut-laced Prasi Pkhali and lamb Tolma to duck braised in wild plums and wine. This is a rare opportunity to experience the "Art of the Supra" at its most elevated—honoring a legacy of freedom through the lens of Georgia's finest pours, alongside the team behind one of New York City's most beloved restaurants, Chama Mama.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.

Event Policy
Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education, and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are included in the ticket price. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included in the ticket price.
