Savor Indian cuisine from Gymkhana, the celebrated London restaurant now making its U.S. debut at ARIA Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Gymkhana executive chef Srikant Kumar, in partnership with Visit Las Vegas, will bring the restaurant's culinary excellence and hospitality to New York for one night only, delivering a special menu that welcomes both Indian cuisine enthusiasts and those seeking an extraordinary evening defined by exceptional food and service.
Part of JKS, the award-winning London restaurant group, Gymkhana has built a global following for its richly spiced, deeply aromatic dishes and signature plates, making it a must-visit destination for guests from around the globe. The evening’s multi-course menu will capture the spirit of the restaurant, with thoughtful presentations, layered flavors, and a sense of luxury that defines the world-class dining experience.
Cocktails and wine pairings will be served and are central to the evening. Crafted with intention by the expert Gymkhana team, the offerings will complement each course and reflect the intricacies and style of the restaurant’s stellar beverage program.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education, and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are included in the ticket price. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included in the ticket price.
