Join us for a special evening with acclaimed Chef Greg Baxtrom—an alum of Alinea and Per Se. and chef and owner of Olmsted, Five Acres, Patti Ann’s, and Petite Patate—for a multi-course dinner spotlighting the bold, bright flavors of peak-season tomatoes.
Inspired by the height of the late summer harvest, the menu will showcase the versatility of the tomato in imaginative and unexpected forms. The dinner will feature signature dishes from Baxtrom’s restaurants, including the Tomato Schnitzel from Olmsted—crispy, juicy, and entirely unforgettable.

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund.
