The Santi Team Raises the Bar on the Iconic Italian Cocktail
The spritz has evolved from an Italian aperitivo favorite into a global cocktail obsession, and this June, we’re taking this classic drink to the next level. Celebrate summer with a multi-course dinner and spritz pairing with the team from Santi, including James Beard Award winner® Michael White, the legendary chef behind iconic New York City destinations like Marea, Ai Fiori, and Osteria Morini, and beverage director James Lamb. Each dish on White’s soulful Italian menu will be paired with bespoke spritzes that move beyond the classic bitter profile, like Santi’s vegetable-forward, artichoke-based Carciofi Spritz. Don’t miss this rare chance to experience White’s mastery of Italian cooking paired with category-defying cocktails that will change how you spritz this summer.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Terms
Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education, and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are included in the ticket price. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included in the ticket price.
