Experience an intimate pasta omakase with James Beard Award–winning chef Marc Vetri, founder of Philadelphia’s acclaimed Vetri Cucina. Known for his dynamic creativity, chef Vetri presents a multi-course tasting that celebrates the beautiful simplicity and depth of Italian cooking traditions.
Drawing inspiration from classic recipes and his extensive culinary research across the globe, Vetri brings his signature balance of refinement and warmth to every dish. With 19 James Beard Award recognitions over his decades-long career, Vetri is one of America’s most celebrated Italian chefs—making this chef’s counter dinner a rare chance to witness his artistry from a front-row seat.
Dietary Restrictions: Due to the nature of the tasting menu and specialty ingredients in each course, dietary accommodations cannot be made for this experience. Please note that some courses will have gluten.

Event Policy
Reservation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, JBF will offer a range of options, including ticket exchanges, the option to donate tickets, or a full refund. Events at Platform by JBF are special one-night-only menus and we do not offer a la carte menus. If you have serious food allergies, we will work with the visiting chef team to do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that alternate options will be available for every course.

Terms
Tickets to events held at Platform at Pier 57 by the James Beard Foundation cover the cost of food, education, and a unique dining experience. Meals are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. Unless otherwise stated, alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are included in the ticket price. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included in the ticket price.
