JBF Greens Chicago: A Story of Masa

Join the JBF Greens at Dos Urban Cantina for a four-course dinner exploring the entrancing story of masa. Brian Enyart and Jennifer Jones Enyart, the husband-and-wife chef team behind the restaurant, met while working under the JBF Award–winning Chicago chefs Rick Bayless and Charlie Trotter. For this special evening, the duo will showcase their signature  cuisine, which features contemporary  avors and ingredients inspired by the boldness and bounty of Mexico.

La Dolce Vita: Italy in the Sixties

For over a decade, the chefs of Florence’s Apicius International School of Hospitality have made an annual visit to the Beard House to showcase the irresistible allure of their native Italy. This year, for their fourteenth pilgrimage, Gabriella Ganugi and her team of adept culinarians will serve up an edible ode to the turbulent and innovative Italian culture of the 1960s, which yielded both the rise of industrialized food alongside such iconic dishes as tiramisù, mare e monte, and shrimp cocktail.
