The James Beard Foundation’s annual gala dinner and auction will feature an exceptional banquet of modern Chinese cuisine prepared by guest chefs from China and North America with inspired wine pairings chosen by guest sommeliers. The evening will include an extraordinary live and silent auction of once-in-a-lifetime food, wine, and travel packages.
