Spiaggia’s 26th Anniversary
Longevity is rare in the restaurant industry; lasting relevance, even rarer. But 26 years after Spiaggia redefined Italian cooking in America with Tony Mantuano’s nuanced regional fare, the renowned Windy City restaurant is as influential as ever. Join us as we celebrate these achievements with Mantuano and his talented team.
Wednesday, April 14, 7:00 P.M.
Sonoma in the City
The birthplace of the California wine industry, Sonoma County has inspired not only great vintners but talented, innovative chefs. Join us when five of the region’s best prepare a menu of terroir-influenced cuisine, paired with some of the county’s superlative vintages.
Thursday, April 15, 7:00 P.M.
Charleston Farms Spring Dinner
Steered by chef and culinary competitor Nathan Thurston, the Ocean Room at the Sanctuary relies on top-notch technique, prime ingredients, and local traditions to produce outstanding Low Country dining. Help us welcome Thurston when he makes his Beard House debut with a locally sourced spring menu.
Friday, April 16, 12:00 P.M.
Italian Luncheon
Pasta connoisseurs, take note: At the East Village trattoria Spina, chef and native Neapolitan Roberto Patriarca takes his artisanal noodles seriously. Experience a menu of his specialty at this spectacular pasta lovers’ luncheon.
Saturday, April 17, 7:00 P.M.
Philly Favorite
Championed by the Philadelphia Inquirer as “one of Philly’s most exciting and relevant reservations,” longtime favorite Fork is reaching new heights with Terence Feury at its helm. For his Beard House debut, Feury will prepare a menu of his vibrant and sophisticated bistro fare.
