In Persian culture, each new year begins with Norouz, a 13-day holiday celebrating the vernal equinox through gifts and symbolic foods. Join chef Josh Lewin with Katrina Jazayeri and their team for a journey through ancient and modern Persia, inspired by tradition and reinterpreted through French technique. As Lewin says, it’s “not your grandma’s Norouz, but we hope you’ll invite her.”
