In addition to New York City, our fourth weekend of James Beard Foundation's Taste America® made a stop in the dynamic city of Los Angeles. On Friday we enjoyed a spectacular meal prepared by local James Beard Award winners and Taste America All-Star Rick Bayless. We spent the next day at Sur La Table, watching cooking demonstrations by Bayless and Top Chef's Fabio Viviani and tasting samples from Bling Bling Dumpling, Coffee Commissary, Nary Dairy, and Mills + Company.
