Thank you for your application submission to the James Beard Foundation Food and Beverage Industry Relief Fund.
We appreciate the time you have taken to submit your application. Your information will be carefully reviewed; however, due to the high level of applications we receive, we will only contact accepted grantees. Completed applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each applicant (whether an independent restaurant or restaurant group) approved by the Fund shall receive a one-time payment of $15,000. We expect to begin distributing funds the week of March 29, 2020. We will continue to process applications until we run out of funds. As additional funds are raised, we will process previously received but unfunded applications first and then reopen the process for new applications.
The Foundation is actively raising money for the fund and hope to reach out to additional applicants soon as funds become available. In the meantime please share the relief efforts of the James Beard Foundation with anyone you think would benefit, or anyone who might support the fund. The more money raised during this time the more support we can provide for the food and beverage industry.
