Restaurants who have just completed their first assessment, have not completed the requisite number of assessments in a calendar year, or are working to reduce “Red” items from their menus to two or fewer (and less than 8% volume), are listed as “Committed.”   Restaurants listed as Committed to the Smart Catch program have completed at least one assessment per year.
