Taste America, presented by Capital One, is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities.
The walk-around tasting at Rubell Museum will be an exciting gathering of chefs from the Miami culinary community with food stations being hosted by TasteTwenty host chef Akino West of Rosie’s in Miami, FL; TasteTwenty guest chef Rodolfo Cuadros of Bloom Plant Based Kitchen in Chicago, IL; chef Eileen Andrade of Amelia's 1931, Miami, FL; chef Timon Balloo of The Katherine Restaurant, Fort Lauderdale, FL; chef Adrianne Calvo of Chef Adrianne's Vineyard Restaurant and Bar; chef Tristen Epps of Ocean Social, Miami Beach, FL; chef Carlos Garcia of Leku, Miami, FL; chef Karla Hoyos of Tacotomia, Miami FL; chefs Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea, Miami, FL; chef Carmen Miranda of Tacombi, Miami Beach, FL; and chef Raheem Sealey of Drinking Pig BBQ, Miami, FL.
