In addition to Boston, our final weekend of James Beard Foundation's Taste America® was spent in Phoenix. On Friday we enjoyed a spectacular meal prepared by local James Beard Award winners and Taste America All-Star Suzanne Goin. We spent the next day at Sur La Table, watching cooking demonstrations by Goin and Check, Please! Arizona's Robert McGrath, and also tasted samples from local artisans Steve's Wonder Mustard, Laura Gourmet, Tracy Dempsey Originals, and the Mix Up Bar.
