25 Years of Friendship in Food and Wine​

Great pairings of food and wine are more than the sum of their parts, with the individual components playing off each other to elevate the whole. Join us as Beard Award nominee Todd Hall and lauded winemaker Dennis Cakebread draw on their longstanding friendship to craft a collaborative Beard House menu not to be missed.

Tuesday, February 23, 7:00 P.M.

Kentucky Tavern Winter, Circa 1840

A three-time James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: Great Lakes, Paul Fehribach has earned critical acclaim at Big Jones for his Southern heirloom cooking. Join us as he takes Beard House diners on a time-traveling sojourn to the winter of 1840 with a tavern-inspired menu as American as apple pie.

Toast of Montauk

Charming waterfront hot spot Dave’s Grill has some of Montauk’s toughest seats to snag during the summer. Fortunately, this seasonal showstopper will relocate to the Beard House, for one night only, to present a winter seafood feast that will transport guests to the beautiful shores of New York’s East End.

New-School Italian​

Inspired by Italy but firmly rooted in their love of Cleveland, chefs Paul Minnillo and protégé-turned-partner Matthew Mytro are setting the city’s dining scene on fire with their exciting brand of “new-school” interpretations of rustic Italian dishes made with the best local ingredients.
