Now with four successful concepts under her belt, this enduring chef will fuse her signature Tuscan cooking with South American flair for a special Beard House dinner.

Part of Chicago’s iconic Gibsons Restaurant Group, Quartino Ristorante is a bustling wine bar lauded for its delectable regional cuisine and housemade pasta. Join us at the Beard House when chef John Coletta prepares an authentic Italian feast filled with heirloom flours, artisanal salumi, and outstanding wines from the boot.
