The 2023 James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards Nominees

Today we announced the 2023 Restaurant and Chef Award nominees, Leadership Award winners, and Humanitarian of the Year and Lifetime Achievement honorees at a live ceremony at the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum in Nashville, Tennessee. Winners will be celebrated at the James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards ceremony on Monday, June 5, 2023, at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.

Nominees for the James Beard Foundation Media Awards will be announced live in New York City in April 26, 2023. Tickets for the 32nd annual James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards in Chicago go on sale March 31, 2023, at 5:00 P.M. EST and can be purchased here. The Restaurant & Chef Awards will be livestreamed on Eater beginning at 5:30 P.M. CT on Monday, June 5.
