Shack lovers, rejoice!
Join JBF Greens for a behind-the-scenes look at Shake Shack’s culinary creation center. Located on the lower level of the West Village flagship, the first-ever Innovation Kitchen is the hub of all menu development at Shake Shack.
John Karangis, executive chef and vice president of Culinary Innovation, and Mark Rosati, culinary director, will curate a one-of-a-kind menu and discuss their approach to menu development for over 270 locations worldwide.
6:30 P.M.: Reception in Innovation Kitchen
7:15 P.M.: Dinner at Shake Shack
Tickets are limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations are non-refundable, and must be made in advance.
