Community takes center stage in everything Johanna Hellrigl touches, from her pop-up dinners, to her work as culinary director at Fat Baby Restaurant Group, to her forthcoming restaurant planned for 2019. For this intimate Beard House feast, Hellrigl—and her powerhouse team of women chefs, owners, and food ambassadors from across the D.C. area—will transport you to the Northern Italian province of her father's native Alto-Adige. Her incredible family story, combined with unique Italian–Austrian flavors and beautifully paired regional wines, will make for a truly unforgettable cultural and culinary experience.
