Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn trained at the Culinary Institute of America, jump-started his career at Eleven Madison Park, The Modern, and Jean-Georges, and is now chef/owner of Le Du in Bangkok (number 20 on Asia’s 50 Best in 2019). Also a certified sommelier who trained at the Court of Master Sommeliers in New York, chef Ton brings striking style and global influences to cutting edge and highly sought-after food.
