Join JBF Greens for a hyper-seasonal feast at Daisies in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.  
Executive chef/partner Joe Frillman originally opened Daisies in 2017, serving vegetable-forward, pasta-focused fare with ingredients from ethically responsible purveyors. In 2023, Daisies moved to a new location, just down the street from the original, and added pastry creations by executive pastry chef/partner Leigh Omilinsky.  
In its second incarnation, Daisies’ commitment to sustainability remains the highest priority, both on and off the plate. Not only does the team source produce from Frillman Farms, Joe’s brother Tim’s 30-acre farm located outside of St. Joseph, Michigan, but they also aim to provide equitable pay and benefits for all employees.   
For the occasion, chefs Joe and Leigh will curate an inventive menu that aims to minimize food waste while honoring the seasonal bounty of the Midwest. Wine pairings will be generously provided by Wyncroft Wine.

*70% of your ticket price will go directly to the host chef to support their business while 30% will go towards the Foundation’s national programming that is rooted in advocacy, racial equity, sustainability, and women’s leadership for the culinary industry.  

All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event(s) be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19, The James Beard Foundation will offer options including ticket exchanges, use of tickets for future events, and option to donate tickets.
