Each winter, villages across Italy come together for the Maialata, a whole-hog feast celebrating the animal’s gift of life to the community. For this special Beard House rendition, Ben Pflaumer of Osteria Morini joins some of Washington, D.C.’s most esteemed chefs to present a decadent and delicious porcine fête.
