Any chef will tell you that dinner starts in the garden, the birthplace of every fruit, vegetable, and herb used to craft even the most modern and innovative dishes. For their 15th journey to the Beard House, the chefs of Florence’s Apicius International School of Hospitality present an intimate dive into the personal family recipes and memories of president and founder Gabriella Ganugi, deeply rooted in that Tuscan garden.
