Join JBF Greens at Prime & Provisions as chef Fabio Viviani teams up with chef Katsuji Tanabe and the rest of the talented chefs behind Dineamic Hospitality for a multi-course dinner highlighting innovative recipes and delicious solutions for reducing food waste, including sustainable cocktails crafted by Dineamic Hospitality mixologist Adolfo Calderon.
