Start your evening with an incredible cocktail party, featuring custom cocktails, wine, and gourmet experiences specially prepared by five local culinary legends. Then, enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime, ten-course dinner crafted by ten of Portland’s most celebrated chefs. This team of outstanding chefs is comprised of two James Beard Award winners, four nominees and five semifinalists. Each course will be paired with an amazing libation.

PDX ROOTS is a celebration of Portland’s food and beverage community, Pacific Northwest bounty, and the legacy of Oregonian James Beard. A portion of the proceeds will directly support James Beard Foundation Impact Programs, giving chefs tools to become champions of food policies.
