Join the James Beard Foundation, SXSW, and Cargill for an intimate dinner al fresco at the beautiful Eden East Farm.

The evening will showcase creative and delicious ways to reduce food waste, and will highlight the Social Gastronomy Movement, a human centered movement, which uses the power of food and gastronomy to not only eliminate food waste, but also to address social inequality, improve nutrition education, and create local jobs.
