The Berkshires of Western Massachusetts are a hub of lush landscapes, cultural offerings, and gastronomic delights, thanks in no small part to Brian Alberg’s roster of popular eateries. For this installment of our annual Berkshires dinner, Alberg and his team from Main Street Hospitality will craft a decadent degustation of the region’s plentiful harvest.
