Every December at his restaurant Departure, three-time Best Chef: Northwest semifinalist Gregory Gourdet leads the preparation for a dazzling Peking duck dinner. Now Gourdet brings the spices, the flavors, and, of course, the ducks to the Beard House for the most unforgettably festive meal you’ll have all year. Seating is limited!
Tickets to events held at the James Beard House cover the cost of food and a unique dining experience. Dinners are prepared by culinary masters from all regions of the United States and around the world. All alcoholic beverages are provided on a complimentary basis and are not included in the ticket price.
