[Virtual] Greens Chicago: New Year, No Waste

Join JBF Greens Chicago for a virtual version of our annual collaboration with DineAmic Hospitality, where we highlight innovative recipes and delicious solutions for reducing food waste.
Executive chef Andrew Sikkelerus of Barrio and mixologist Pepe Fernandez will prepare a meal kit, including dinner and a cocktail for one (1) guest available for pick-up—and delivery!—from Barrio. As the new year kicks off, it’s time to embrace every top, bone, scrap, and seed as the building blocks of irresistible dishes.
All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance.
*The entirety of your ticket price will go directly to the host chef and mixologist. Additional applicable fees total approximately $13 depending on final order.
If you select the pick-up option, your meal kit will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, February 3 or Thursday, February 4 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Barrio (65 W. Kinzie St., Chicago, IL 60654). If you select the $5 delivery option, your meal kit will arrive on Thursday, February 4 by 5:00 PM. Delivery is available in the following Chicago neighborhoods: River North, Old Town, Gold Coast, West Loop, West Town, River West, Ukrainian Village, Streeterville, South Loop, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, and The Loop.
James Beard Foundation events permit guests age 21 and older.
