The Sioux Chef 

When he’s not behind the grill of his popular Twin Cities food truck, Oglala Lakota chef Sean Sherman is touring the globe on his mission to teach the public about Native American foodways and traditions. To celebrate the release of his new cookbook, Sherman has developed a mouthwatering Beard House menu exploring the indigenous foods of Manhattan.

Fragments of Tuscany

For 13 years running, Gabriella Ganugi and the talented Apicius team have journeyed to the Big Apple to showcase their Italian cooking at the Beard House. This year, guests will be treated to a poetic ode to Tuscany with a lavish menu inspired by the region’s ten provinces, each one more delectable than the last.
