A Fall Fermentation Dinner at Daisies

Join JBF Greens for an unprecedented farm-to-table dining experience as executive chef/owner Joe Frillman teams up with his brother Tim of Frillman Farms. Together, the brothers will present a vibrant, hyper-seasonal menu that speaks to Daisies’ robust fermentation and preservation program.
In an effort to combat food waste, the Daisies team employs fermentation techniques that elevate chef Frillman’s vegetable-driven, pasta-focused fare. Greens will enjoy an inventive menu that’s centered around minimizing waste, maximizing flavor, and paying respect to the bounty of the Midwest.
Tickets are limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations must be made in advance.
